What prompted your involvement with the Chamber and its Ambassador committee, and what keeps you coming back for more?
We joined the Dallas Regional Chamber to build a long-term relationship and network with the Dallas Fort Worth business community.  Also, to strengthen the City Bank brand and become the Bank of choice in every community we serve.  I joined the Ambassador Committee to be more involved in the Chamber and further engage its members.  The DRC is one of the best Chambers I have ever been a part of.  The staff is very helpful and attentive.  The Chamber offers a number of networking events and relationship building opportunities.  It has been pleasure to be a part of such a great organization.

What is one important fact/goal that you would like for us to know about City Bank Texas?
Our goal is to offer unrivaled customer service that exceeds our customers needs in each community we serve.  We want to send a message to our customers, both internal and external, that says “You are the reason I came to work today.”  We empower our City Bank family to make a difference in the communities we serve.  Finally, we are ready to make small business to commercial loans and welcome all opportunities.

What is one unusual fact about you that not many, if any, people know?
I have been with City Bank Texas for over 10 years.

What is your role with City Bank?
I am a Vice President and Branch Manager of City Bank Texas.
