Dallas Regional Chamber members are asked to recommend nominees to fill open board of director positions for 2013. Any current DRC member in good standing and who is the top local executive in their member company is eligible for consideration.
To submit a nomination, please provide the following information on your corporate letterhead to Karen Brizendine.
- Name, company, title, email and phone number of the person recommended
- Your name, company and signature
The deadline for receiving board recommendations is July 30, 2012.
Board recommendations will be reviewed by the Directors’ Nominating Committee in August, submitted to the board for approval in November with final approval by the entire DRC membership at the Annual Meeting in January 2013.
The 2012 Nominating Committee (currently in formation) includes:
- Anne Motsenbocker – Chairman of the Nominating Committee and DRC’s 2013 Chair Elect/Dallas President and Regional CEO, Chase
- Clint McDonnough – 2012 Chairman of the Board, Dallas Office Managing Partner, Ernst & Young, LLP
- Mike Baggett – Immediate Past Chairman, Chairman Emeritus, Winstead PC
- Bob Estrada – Estrada Hinojosa & Co., Inc.
- Winn Everhart – Coca-Cola Refreshments
- Laura MacNeil – Wells Fargo
- Ken Menges – Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP
