Please tell me a little bit about Cyber Vines?

We understand technology from its origins and thereby fully understand how it works, and how it should work for each specific client and their industry, type, size, and style of business. We want to see our clients succeed by streamlining IT budgets and using well-planned solutions, along with carefully selected, implemented and maintained support. We know that technology can help clients grow while cutting overall costs, and work to deliver exceptional support to every client. Each client receives a personal touch and individualized care.
What is your proudest accomplishment since joining Cyber Vines?
We started this company from the ground up, the day after our youngest son was born. Through hardship and struggle, we overcame obstacles and gained clients one by one. Hard work, knowledge, experience, dedication, and superior customer service have paved the way for Cyber Vines’ success. We wrote and designed our own website (www.cybervines.com), created marketing campaigns and worked tirelessly in order to assist their clients in a personal and individualized manner. We are always there for our clients, any time of day or night.
This mentality and hard work has really paid off for Cyber Vines. The company has grown substantially. In fact, Cyber Vines has secured a 5-year contract with a local University as their overall technical support team.
What is one important fact/goal that you would like for us to know about Cyber Vines?

What is one piece of advice that you have received as a business leader that you like to pass along to others?
No two clients or businesses are alike. Each client and specific business must be recognized as separate and unique. Clients deserve individualized, custom, and tailored technical support. The business of technology is Cyber Vines’ business; their clients need to achieve their professional goals. Cyber Vines’ wants to help their clients grow with technology.
