The Olympics may have ended but not all the gold medals have been given away. The Dallas Regional Chamber is going for Gold LEED certification in our new office space in Lincoln Plaza. Construction has been underway for 2 months now on the 26th floor of Lincoln Plaza.
Our CFO/COO Pat Priest had this to say about our gold certification “I’m very excited about our LEED Certification for the new office. The LEED certification is recognition of our commitment to be good stewards of our environment for future generations. We also do it because it’s the right thing to do.”
Helping us with the project is Beck as our sustainability consultant and Telios as our commissioning agent.
Our new office will provide us with many new features including an open office floor plan and a conference center housed on our floor. The space is starting to take shape. Our move date is scheduled for the first week of October.
